Therapeutic Massage uses medium to firm pressure and concentrates on tight areas, knots, and trigger points. General tools of active cupping (can provide space to dense tissue as well as increase circulation), tuning forks ( the stem is placed on the tight muscle as the vibration can help gently vibrate and relax the tight muscle), and MPS. ( to help reduce muscle tightness and discomfort). All tools used within the massage are at no additional cost.

Therapeutic massage provides a more specific massage in neck, shoulders, and back areas.
